Pirate Week is a small, invite-only website for a private group of friends. It is not a commercial service and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.

What we store

  • Your account: the email address and display name you provide when you sign up, plus an encrypted password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase).
  • Trip activity: which voyages you commit to or express interest in, and any payment status a captain records.
  • Photos and media: images added to voyage galleries, including any imported from a shared album.

How we use it

Solely to run the site: to sign you in, show you upcoming and past voyages, let you commit to trips, and display the crew. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Who can see your information

Other signed-in crew members can see your display name and which voyages you have joined. Only captains (admins) can manage trips, media, and invite codes. The site is gated behind an invite code, so the general public cannot create an account.

Your choices

You can update your display name and password from your account page at any time. To delete your account or remove a photo, ask a captain and we will take care of it.
